Do NOT go there If you want to sleep at night and expect that you can, because you paid for it. The pool Resort is NOT a hotel or a Resort, it is a HOSTEL with primary young guests Who drink, smoke, take drugs and party all night. We arrived at 20.00 in the evening and the room under us the party already started.With minimum 6 younger men and women in the room, loud music, shouting, drinking, dancing. Impossible to go to sleep at 23 or midnight. Contacted reception hoping they would stop the party. They did NOT, but moved us to another room that made No difference, 7 meter from the party. When we left the hotel at 05.30 the party was still going on. This is a youth hostel without moral problem taking money from People coming there wanting to sleep in the night. Do not go there.

So much fun in this time good food good people good place .. if i really have holiday more long time i will never forget this place very nice Thanks for every one very good friend and good take care of me and my family

The Pool resort was the worst experience we had not only in Bangkok but in whole Thailand We are still wundering how you get 8.6 on Booking.com. 1/ The price for the breakfast was more than exagerated for 2 cold eggs, undrinkable coffee, no butter, no jam ! Even in a 7/11-shop you can eat better breakfast. 2/ Every evening and night until in the morning some guests AND the owners were talking loudly, yelling played music very loudly. So we had to use earplugs !!! 3/ There was a Canadian gay-men who lived there for longer time. In the evening he was sitting on his balcony. Whilst he played his music loudly or he was skyping so loudly that my wife and I were rushed about his way of doing. 4/ The pool resort offered a taxi to Hua Mak Airport Link (about 2 km) for 300 bath: 4 x higher than a normal taxi !!! 5/ The pool resort organises birthday- and others partys. If you are there at that moment, we are convinced that normal guests won’t sleep that night. Hotel legal, os atendentes são perdidos, eu tinha reservado e pagado online (via site), chegando la eles estavam querendo me cobrar denovo, por fim entramos em um bom senso. Achei muito mal localizado, muito longe do centro de bangkok, e não tem nada de atrativo ou restaurante perto Os recepcionista só falam em Tailandês, conseguimos se comunicar via Google Tradutor. Café da manhã bem fraco, tive que comprar coisas no 7eleven e pedi para eles esquentarem. Na última noite, acho que teve algum evento de noite, e foi até tarde um barulho de conversa. Enfim, hotel bom, limpo, porém mal localizado

Hotel molto bello, le camere sono abbastanza grandi e spaziose, tutte dotate di balconcino con vista piscina. Abbiamo prenotato tramite Booking solo due giorni, ma ci siamo trovati talmente bene che siamo rimasti una settimana. L'hotel è pulitissimo, sin dall'arrivo, e la pulizia viene fatta quotidianamente, vi vengono cambiate lenzuola e asciugamani ogni giorno, e vi vengono lasciate bottigliette di acqua nel frigo che potete consumare gratuitamente. Il servizio è impeccabile, il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, l'unica cosa è che non parlano inglese ed è un stato un po' complicato intenderci, ma nulla di impossibile! Vi consiglio anche ili servizio cucina, è economico ed è davvero di qualità! Non si trova in una posizione magnifica, perché attorno ci sono solo dei 7eleven e familymart, ma se vi spostate con Grab riuscirete a raggiungere qualsiasi posto a basso costo. Davvero consigliassimo!
